Established in 1997, The Kirkland Group (TKG) is a comprehensive consulting company that specializes in providing research and evidence-based training and instructional support for administrators, teachers, and students in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. All training, strategies, and services rendered are customized and aligned with state standards in English Language Arts/Literacy, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies; all aspects of each state’s educator and administrator Professional Growth System; and other relevant documents.
The primary goal of The Kirkland Group is to partner with school systems in building and sustaining administrator and teacher capacity in their efforts to effectively prepare students to be successful, global competitors in the academic and/or professional realms while increasing teacher effectiveness. The Kirkland Group is dedicated to advancing academic performance through services to include but are not limited to data coaching, teacher coaching, leadership coaching, professional development, curriculum development, and audit preparation.
Professional Learning Partner Guide (PLPG)
As of February 2023, The Kirkland Group was approved by the Mississippi Department of Education and Rivet Education as an organization that provides curriculum-aligned professional learning services in the United States. TKG was approved for partnering with districts and schools to provide ongoing support for teachers implementing high quality instructional materials (HQIM) which include Into Literature, Into Reading, MyPerspectives, Wit & Wisdom, Wonders, myViewLiteracy, Eureka Math, and envision Mathematics Common Core.
